"Rob,
Because your service tech left your note in my car I wanted to let you know
what I thought about my recent experience with Auto Body USA in Oshtemo.
My 2007 Camry was hit in the parking lot at a Meijer store. Now the damage
wasn’t extensive, however it’s a lease car and I was of course devastated.
To my surprise the man who hit me was nice enough to leave a note! That doesn’t
happen much these days. I called his insurance company and they instructed
me to get an estimate from an auto body repair shop. In my 35 years of driving
I have never had an accident and didn’t have a clue as to whom to call so I
took my car to the Toyota dealership and my salesman suggested I try your company.
Rob, from the first phone call to Brenda, along with the quick estimate by
Heather (complete with a complimentary bottle of water while I waited), to
the convenience of having Enterprise on site to pick up a rental, with Bill
personally phoning me the next day letting me know he was “with my car” and
what was happening, topped off with a spanking clean car upon pick up, to the
final rose ceremony…..
I HAVE NEVER HAD A BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE RELATED EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE!
You should be very proud of all of your staff and please send them my regards
and my many thanks for making someone else’s error a good occurrence for me.
I too am in customer relations and I think people should be praised for the
good things they do and not just reprimanded for the things that aren’t so
well done. I hopefully won’t have to use your service again but you can bet
I will tell others how great your company was to me.
